Vindalu Curries
"Vindalu" is a typical West Indian dish from Goa. the main ingredients in these type of curries are potato and a sweet and sour sauce with venegar and a blend of hot chilis and spices.Therefore it is always on the hotter side. Vindalu can be enjoyed with both rice and bread.
